Worship

Shabbat evening services are held 7:30 p.m. on most Fridays. Family Night services, which are shorter and geered toward young children, are 6 p.m. on the second Friday of each month. Babysitting is provided.
Because lay participation is an important part of our worship at Temple Beth El, members are invited to participate in services by ushering, reciting candle blessings, blessing the Torah, reading Haftarah and serving as Oneg Shabbat hosts. These opportunities for participation are not only an honor but offer members a chance to get to know other congregants. If you are uncomfotable fulfilling one or more of these roles, please let us know. We will be happy to help you find another way to engage.
